Annual Support Service

This services provides support and maintenance to the deployed WiMAX network infrastructure (base station and NOC sites) and the access sites (CPEs). The support and maintenance are divided into 4 categories of levels:

 

  • Level 1 – Basic operation and installation support
  • Level 2 – Field problems that can be solved by trained technician
  • Level 3 – Engineering level support in cases of failures that not solved in the technician level
  • Level 4 – Expert engineering level support for series problems and issues that required R&D support for fixing or adaptation to the customer requirements.


Runcom is capable to provide all levels of support as described above by on site teams and by R&D center site. The preferred way is to train local teams for level 1 and 2 support and maintenance, while the higher levels will be supported by Runcom R&D and Support center.
