Dr. Hadad founded Runcom Technologies Ltd. in 1997. Dr. Hadad possesses an extensive experience in the development of military and commercial communication systems with specialized expertise in the fields of Spread Spectrum (SS), Frequency Hopping (FH), Direct Spread (DS), CDMA, and ECC Adaptive Array Technologies projects. Prior to the inception of the company Dr. Hadad served as VP for Business Development and Chief Scientist of InnoWave, a wireless local loop company, currently a subsidiary of ECI Telecom. In this capacity Dr. Hadad initiated and lead the Multi-Gain WLL project. Prior to Innowave Dr. Hadad served as the Chief Scientist of the Tactical Comm. Division of Tadiran,. Dr. Hadad holds a Ph.D (Honors) in Electrical Engineering (EE) from UCNY.

Mr. Koffman has more than 20 years of managerial experience in leading positions in the high-tech industry. Prior to Runcom Mr. Koffman was the Chief Technology Officer of Gilat Communications Ltd. Prior to Gilat, Mr. Koffman spent 18 years at Orbit-Alchut technologies Ltd., first as R&D engineer, then at various senior positions in R&D and marketing, and finally as President of Orbit Communication, Ltd., a subsidiary of Orbit Alchut. In addition Mr. Koffman was one of the founders and the active Chairman of the ISIS Consortium for the development of advanced satellite communication terminals. Mr Koffman holds an MSc. Degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) from Drexel University in Philadelphia US.

Mr. Shaco possesses vast knowledge and an extensive experience in the development of advanced computing and communication systems as well as in the design of semiconductor devices. Prior to Runcom Mr. Shaco held senior management position in Tadiran where he was responsible for the development of a tactical communication systems. Prior to Tadiran Mr. Shaco managed the R&D and engineering department of ASP – Computer Products – a company that developed semiconductor chips and accessories for computer communication. Mr. Shaco holds a B.Sc. Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from Ben-Gurion University

For the last 25 years Eli Sofer held various senior technical management positions with the Tadiran group in key technology areas encompassing large-scale multi-disciplinary programs, Tactical Digital Communication systems, Spread Spectrum Data Links for military applications, CNI systems, set-up of technology infrastructure for the design and development of Surface Acoustic Wave devices (SAW) crucial to high-speed communication systems. He has also served as a technical auditor for ACTS projects in Domain 5 and a technical auditor of Active Networks within the 5th framework of IST. Mr. Sofer is leading the business development activity of the Israeli SoftWare Radio consortium. Mr. Sofer holds MSc Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technion – Haifa, Israel.
